Formerly at the helm of Sterling Wilson Renewable Energy, Bikesh achieved the extraordinary feat of constructing 11,000 MW of solar power plants. In just six years, he expanded the company's presence to 26 countries, earning the title of the world's largest Solar EPC in 2019. Honoured with prestigious awards like Green Entrepreneur of the Year and Solar Entrepreneur of the Year, Bikesh's achievements shine as a beacon of inspiration.

Chandan Goswami has over 2 decades of experience, with nearly 15 years in Corporate and Investment Banking at institutions such as HDFC Bank, BNP Paribas, and Natixis, managing extensive relationships and transactions, including M&A, Project Finance, RBL, and Commodity Financing.
In the last 7years, he has transitioned from being in the financial markets to Corporate Finance for the renewable sector, leading the Treasury function for the USD 2 billion Sterling and Wilson group (Shapoorji Pallonji)
In his last assignment, he also managed the finance function while serving as the Chief Strategy and Business Officer at PRESPL, an investee company of Mitsui, Shell, and FCDO.
He has also been on the board of the companies in PRESPL, apart from founding the industry body, CBEII.
Mr Sanjeev Kaul heads the Green Molecule Business for Jakson Green. He is a results-oriented management professional with a remarkable 30-year career, having led businesses and delivered successful projects in the technology solutions and engineering services sectors across India, the Middle East, and North America. Sanjeev has a proven track record at industry leaders such as Honeywell, Siemens, HP, and the Bahrie & Mazroie group in the UAE, where he has demonstrably grown businesses, managed complex projects, and cultivated high-performing teams. His expertise spans a diverse range, including business development, sales, operations, project management, and process improvement – a true professional with a focus on optimising organisational efficiency and effectiveness. Sanjeev's impressive portfolio of iconic projects includes Ruwais Refinery, Dubai Airport, Dubai Metro, and Burj Khalifa, showcasing his ability to excel even in the most demanding environments.
Meet Bhaskar, an accomplished Electrical Engineer with a remarkable career spanning over 26 years in critical industry applications. Currently holding the esteemed role of Head of Electrolyser Manufacturing at Jakson Green, Bhaskar's expertise extends across diverse domains, including Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, and Control, all at an advanced level.
With a history of contributions to esteemed enterprises such as Schneider Electric, Bhaskar brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role. Over the past 12 years, his resolute focus has centred on electrolysis-based hydrogen gas generation, covering both Alkaline and PEM technologies. This journey has equipped him with invaluable insights and expertise, further enriched by collaborations with distinguished international and Indian clients, as well as consultants.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Bhaskar discovers solace in a variety of hobbies. From engaging in chess to capturing the beauty of avian life through photography, immersing himself in literature, and embarking on explorations of new destinations, these endeavours bring him immense joy.
